On arrival you will be asked to fill in a medical form, please allow enough time to complete this.
Failure to arrive on time for treatments will result in treatment time being shortened.
We have a cancellation policy;
Less than 48hrs notice - 50% of the treatment cost.
Less than 24hrs notice - 100% of the treatment cost.
A deposit will be required to secure your appointment of 60mins or over.
Mobile phones - Please ensure that mobile phones are switched off.
Sumptuous robes, slippers and refreshments are provided.
We can also provide delicious lunches.
